Joint Injection

Joint injections can be administered to multiple parts of the body, including major joints in the knee, elbows, and the three different regions of the spine.

During these injections, a local anesthetic and a combination of steroid solutions will be placed in the joint to block pain symptoms. These injections are not intended to provide long-term relief but offer such benefits to allow a patient to conduct physical therapy to rehabilitate their injury. Individuals who benefit from joint injections have various types of arthritic conditions of the spine.
